She appears to be flawless, but does have a bloom stalk and these can grow rather fast in transit, so if you don't like bloom stalks you can either cut it or this one might be a pass. Plant Name: Echeveria Bainesii, have also seen this advertised as Graptoveria Bainesii, but more often than not it's under the Echeveria section at our farms in Korea.
